Project 365: Week 19

Sunday, May 2, 2010

I'm happy to see this sign in my yard. I'll be even happier when we can put one of those "Sold" signs across it diagonally. Like my house? Call me, email me. We're ready to make a deal.

Our neighbor brought this little guy over yesterday for Noah. And now? It's all about the turtle! Ask anyone.

Get a load of those frozen pizza/blueberry smoothie faces!

Atticus likes to watch movies. (His word for them is "Moooo.") It's a blessing, because there are times (big shocker) when I need to know that the littlest Davidson is safe and entertained (and not dropping diapers into the toilet or following someone out the front door). You know. That sort of thing. Today he wanted to snuggle with Gabe's bunny while he watched. And snuggle he did!

Homeschool Academy celebrates its last day with a picnic at the park.

This is Saylor with her two best girls. They truly love each other.

I'm so excited to have these matching outfits for the youngest babes. It just so happened that Noah had this outfit two different times, and it just so happened that each baby was the right size for one of them.

Noah was completely unsupervised by me the entire picnic. Not that I was worried. He was just all over the place. In his element, you might say. See how much I've learned to relax?!

All-in-all, it was a fun day. And now Academy is officially over. Hello, Summer Break, you are looking mighty fine.

We played outside a bit after dinner tonight. It just felt so nice out, with a cold front moving in. Saylor's recent obsession has been to play in Daddy's car. When I came out, she was walking around with his briefcase!

Tonight Paul and I took these two boys (One and Three, as we sometimes call them) to the Arkansas Travs game. (We have a Minor League team for the Angels here in Little Rock.)

While there we witnessed some odd but pretty impressive entertainment. Anyone want to take a stab at figuring this one out??

That's another week down. Check out Sara's blog to see what everyone else was up to this week.

  1. Three things - One - PRECIOUS picture of Atticus snuggling the bunny. Just PRECIOUS.

Two - Where are you moving? Did you find a small cabin in the woods?

Three - Not to call you out on this, BUT, isn't Noah wearing an old Campus Ministry Board t-shirt from college? 'Cause I swear I used to have a shirt just like that, but it was like 15 YEARS ago!! :)

Does the turtle come with the house? Could be a selling feature! :)
I think that was one man doing either a Jackson 5 or Michael Jackson routine. Interesting.

  6. Lori,
All the pics are great, but I just couldn't help noticing what a beautiful smile Saylor has. Her little face just lights up.

I oved those sweet dirty little faces!

The wonderful thing about the blogosphere is that no matter where you go we can all still find you! I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing!

  9. LOL on video! One guy, four dummies? Too funny!

Great photos of your kids and activities for the week! Such a precious "snuggle" photo Atticus!

We used to have 'park days' when we lived in Florida. I continued the tradition in Michigan with the homeschool group -- but only in the fall and spring :-) It's just nice to have those times of fellowship!

A great job documenting your year in photos!
