Well, so far I have ONE person interested in posting their menus. :) Maybe not every one out there even PLANS their menus. Well, let me encourage you: I went through a phase of planning years ago and loved it, but somehow got away from it--to the detriment of my family and my own sanity. I'm not going to lie to you. The actual planning part often makes me want to scream, but once it's done, it truly does help me keep things afloat throughout the week. The amazing "God's grace" part of it is that He has miraculously made me NOT freak out when the plan doesn't play out for whatever reason. When a snag arises, I've just been going with the flow. And for me?? That's saying something! So the plan doesn't rule ME. It is my tool. And it can be yours, too. ;) Come, join the fun!!
I have to tell you, Lori, I never planned my breakfasts before. I have always meal planned dinner, and my kids go to school, so never lunch, but realized we needed a little more variety in our breakfasts. We don't eat as well as you guys do, but I was cringing sending my oldest to school every day on Honey Nut Cheerios and juice, so I decided to start planning breakfast too. My kids both love breakfast food, so I hope it works. The hard part is mommy staying dedicated to it, since they come down to eat at 6:45am. Let me know where to post my meals and I'll join in. Thanks for the inspiration!
