Monday Needs a Menu

Monday

Brunch for all us late sleepers: Kefir smoothies, kale krisps, pretzels, olives, pears

Snack: Orange slices, avocado slices

Dinner: Poached eggs in marinara, Brussels sprouts, fruit

  To do: Thaw chicken

Tuesday

Breakfast: French toast, fruit

Lunch: Black bean burgers, fruit

Dinner: Kale and cheese omelets, baked sweet potatoes


Wednesday

Breakfast: Scones with currants, scrambled eggs

Lunch: Bean burritos, fruit

Dinner: Roasted chicken, sweet potato casserole


Thursday

Breakfast: Bagels with cream cheese, fruit

  To do: Soak oats

Lunch: Peanut butter sandwiches, fruit

Dinner: Jambalaya from freezer, cornbread


Friday

Breakfast: Soaked oatmeal with apples and coconut

Lunch: Hot dogs (Big deal for me! We never, no NEVER, eat hot dogs. But I found some organic, all beef, uncured hot dogs with no nitrates or nitrites, and I felt a little better about it.), chips with guacamole, fruit

Dinner: Party tonight


Saturday

Breakfast: Pancakes

Lunch: TBD

Dinner: Pizza


Sunday

Breakfast: Something fast  :)

Lunch: TBD

Dinner: Popcorn night
