I'm so unmotivated lately. Cooking is not on my list of want-tos right now. But apparently, I've got to. So...
Monday
Breakfast: Bagels w/ cream cheese, fruit
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Mac 'n cheese, spinach, fruit
Yeah. That's it. Fabulous, huh?
Monday Had a Menu.
Sort of.
And that's about all I've got in me. Tomorrow and the rest of the week? Well, I really don't want to think about them right now. All I can see is how BUSY this week/weekend is going to be. I guess I'm officially "struggling." If you've got any ideas, feel free to send 'em my way.
Spring has sprung! and with it comes lots of fun stuff that takes lots of time!! Lots of outdoorsy things, lots of here and there, etc. Enjoy it, and I am sure you are like the rest of us... busy busy busy, but your kids WILL get fed. oh, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Hope you have a WONDERFUL week. I loved reading your last project and seeing the pictures. You are blessed.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if you're a pork chop eater or not, but I just put pork chops in the oven (and some sweet potatoes)with little effort and I don't have to do anything else for dinner. It'll be done when my hubby walks through the door! :)
