ReplyDeleteYou get a Daddy cooks day!?! I am jealous ;D Black bean burgers and baked sweet potatoes sounds yummy. Now if I could only convince Hubs to eat those...
ReplyDeleteI'm always so impressed with people who plan out their menus for the week. I never do. Usually around 2-3 I start thinking about dinner. I might get a cookbook out to flip through. I know what ingredients we have on hand. And I like to get things started or at least ingredients laid out before my twins wake up from their nap. I can't wait until (hopefully) my garden starts producing - then I can just run out to pick our dinner ingredients! Anyhow, I really like your meal plan!
